Project Description:
As a result of HTI’s robust evaluation and revisions of the established DEI program design standards/writing guidelines for all BGCA youth development programming, we will ensure that:
the standards allow BGCA staff and contractors to plan and evaluate programs through a DEI lens and they are thorough, comprehensive, clear, and feasible.
BGCA values and commitments are integrated into the work from the inside out. The document is expanded to include at least three resources for further learning for each of the five standards curated from the resources currently included in the Standards document.
