Project Description:
The United Way of Greater Atlanta partnered with HTI catalysts to deliver a comprehensive training program for Fostering Family Leaders (FFL) facilitators and partners. This program included a Training of Trainers (TOT) designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively implement the FFL curriculum. HTI facilitated the TOT sessions and provided ongoing technical assistance to both United Way staff and FFL facilitators. This included coaching, check-in meetings, and observation/debriefing sessions, ensuring all parties involved could confidently deliver the FFL program and promote strong family engagement practices.
