David Littles is a technically efficient, result-driven, and capable ID/Trainer, with a proven ability to effectively design, develop, manage, and control training processes for clients and their target audience. David is a trainer and senior instructional designer with over 30 years of experience. His BA is in Education. He has numerous certifications in training design tools including Microsoft applications and ATSD certification, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline & others. He was a principal of TEKsynthesis and has partnered with HTI Catalysts to build the company’s learning management system and train a team of instructional designers for the past two years.
He has a proven track record of quickly understanding a training goal and deriving objectives that are aligned with the mission, and vision while communicating this to stakeholders. He can work under rapidly changing circumstances while presenting a positive image to clients & colleagues.
